European Small Gov't Advocates Rule!

I've long watched European politics from afar with interest,and I have admired many small government advocates across the pond which refused to pull punches--unlike their American counterparts. When Daniel Hannan broke into the scene with his rousing speech "The Devalued Prime Minister of a Devalued Government," I thought it couldn't get any better.
